Rise and Shine!

by Amy Duncan, ACE-certified Personal Trainer

August 21st will be the first day for a new early bird fitness class. Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 6:45a.m. The format will be 15minutes of your choice of cardio on your own followed by a circuit toning workout and brief stretching cool down. I am hoping to teach the class as a progression from a basic to more intense workout over the course of 16 weeks. If you have let your workouts go a bit over the summer, but would like to get back into the swing of things, this will be perfect for you. So get to bed early, set your clothes out the night before and don't touch your bed-head (you look just fine). See you at SIX!

Canal Days Parade
