Thank you for your interest in joining our Kids America family. Unlike other health clubs and sports facilities, Kids America is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our hope is that one of our five membership packages will fit your health and recreational needs. Memberships are a year term starting the date the application and payment are received. Payroll deductions are available through our local credit union.

"Help the Kids Play" Program:
Because some Coshocton kids are unable to participate in our programs due
to economic hardships, Kids America provides youth scholarships and may
reduce certain fees and charges. Applications can be obtained at Kids America's
front desk. All applications must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the start
of the programming for which applying.
Tax-Deductible Contributions:
Your contributions are important to the continuation of our facility. Kids
America is a 501(c)(3) non-profit facility that can accept tax deductible
donations in cash, securities, real estate, equipment, or any other type
of gift. Support of the facility will help ensure continued quality of life
for you, your children and the future citizens of Coshocton.
Party Center
We host great parties for any occasion. Bring
your party to Kids America. Three different
rooms available to host that special celebration.

Waiver of Liability
Kids America, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries
sustained as a result of participation in our facility. It is recommended
that anyone enrolled in a program or using our facilities make provisions
for adequate coverage within their own insurance plan.
Photograph Policy
Photographs are occasionally taken of program and
class participants at Kids America. These photographs are used to
promote our programming
in future brochure editions or in a variety of other publications.
Refund Request Policy
No refunds are provided after the first week of a program. Refunds
take approximately two weeks to process. Additionally, there is
a $5 service charge. Full refunds are given on all programs cancelled
by Kids America.
Cancellation of Programs Due to Low Enrollment:
Kids America reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment.
*Nothing disrupts a good program more quickly than waiting until
the last minute to register. Three working days prior to each program
enrollment is evaluated and a decision is made whether or not attendance
is sufficient. Please register early.
